JetBlue Expands in Europe with 2 New Boston Flights
JetBlue is set to expand its transatlantic network in 2025 by launching seasonal nonstop service from Boston to two major European capitals.
Starting May 22nd, 2025, JetBlue will offer daily flights to Madrid, Spain, and Edinburgh, Scotland, with service running through October 24th, 2025. These routes will be operated using JetBlue’s A321 aircraft, which feature 24 Mint suites and seating for 138 passengers. As the largest carrier at Logan Airport, JetBlue continues to enhance its global reach.
The Boston-to-Madrid route will mark JetBlue’s debut in the Spanish market, providing a direct connection between Logan Airport and Adolfo Suárez Madrid-Barajas Airport. Meanwhile, the Boston-to-Edinburgh service will complement JetBlue’s existing summer seasonal flights between New York’s JFK Airport and Edinburgh Airport.
“Madrid and Edinburgh are two of Europe’s most captivating and sought-after destinations, and we are thrilled to expand our transatlantic offerings for customers departing from Boston and the New England region,” said Daniel Shurz, JetBlue’s head of revenue, network, and enterprise planning. “Europe remains a vital part of our network strategy as our loyal customers continue to look to JetBlue for exceptional service and competitive fares to premier leisure destinations, including those across the Atlantic.”
With the addition of these routes, JetBlue will offer a total of seven daily nonstop flights from Boston to Europe. Edinburgh and Madrid will join the airline’s seasonal routes to Amsterdam, Dublin, and London-Gatwick, as well as its year-round service to London-Heathrow and Paris.
Bookings are now open for JetBlue’s new routes to Madrid and Edinburgh, providing travelers with more options for exploring Europe in 2025.
